Job Description
This role is perfect for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the flawless execution of marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities include executing, QA, and scheduling email campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring proper segmentation, A/B testing, formatting, and timing. Maintaining and troubleshooting automated email workflows (e.g. welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase) are important.
Monitoring product inventory in Shopify to ensure alignment with upcoming marketing campaigns, collaborating with the merchandising, creative, and marketing teams to ensure cohesion across all customer touchpoints, and assisting with updating blog content with bonus points for CSS/HTML skills are also crucial aspects of the role.
