Translate corporate and product strategy into actionable marketing plans, business requirements, and performance measurement frameworks. Develop business cases by evaluating performance trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making. Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing programs with broader company growth objectives. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, delivering insights that connect marketing performance to business outcomes such as revenue, acquisition, and ROI. Build detailed roadmaps for new marketing tactics and performance optimization initiatives aligned with business priorities. Assess marketing channel performance vs. forecast to identify opportunities for optimization and scalable growth. Identify, recommend, and implement performance improvement strategies across key marketing channels to grow Total Financial Applications (TFA) originations. Establish and maintain performance guardrails and measurement standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across campaigns. Deliver compelling presentations and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, synthesizing complex data and strategy into clear, actionable insights.
