Senior Manager, Performance Measurement

Analyze and track upper and lower funnel KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness. Assess marketing channel performance with respect to the forecast, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. Identify opportunities for optimization across different marketing channels to drive growth in TFA (Total Financial Applications) originations. Develop and recommend strategies to improve the efficiency and performance of marketing campaigns and channels. Build detailed roadmaps for new marketing tactics and initiatives designed to grow channel performance. Work closely with business strategy teams to ensure marketing tactics align with broader company goals and objectives. Act as the bridge between the business strategy and marketing execution, ensuring clarity in how marketing efforts support overarching company objectives. Lead performance measurement efforts and establish marketing guardrails to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across campaigns and channels. Contribute to strategic initiatives, particularly in development of go-to-market strategies for key products, such as debt consolidation.
