Instrumental in shaping solutions and concepts across three interconnected product teams within the Search and Content Domain. Partnering closely with each of the three Product Managers, the Senior Business Analyst will drive in-depth analysis of potential solutions, concepts, and cross-team dependencies. A customer-centric approach will be key as you act as a crucial bridge between these teams, facilitating efficient discovery of solution options that enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
You will contribute to informed decisions on product viability and customer value, effectively extending the capacity of the Product Management function. You will work across three specialised teams in the Find Experience area: Search Experience, Browse Experience, and Assess & Get Experience. You will also collaborate with two platform teams to help facilitate solutions and bring our desired outcomes to life.
