Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
-Support Hazel Health providers before, during, and after telemedicine visits.
-Provide patient assistance, technology support, and follow-up communication
-Act as the first point of contact for families, demonstrating compassion and organization.
Day to Day Tasks:
-Manage internal chat communications among providers, relay messages to appropriate staff, and create job tickets for school/initiator needs
-Answer parent/guardian questions and relay pertinent information back to the provider
-Work with the Clinical Operations team to identify process improvements and document new procedures
Requirements:
-Fluency or ability to communicate in Spanish.
-Prior experience in a clinical environment (1-2 years) preferred.
-Excellent telephone and customer service skills
