Job Description

The Director, Sales plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships at Ping Identity. This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in alignment with the company's business objectives. Lead & Manage Sales Team: Guide and mentor a high-performing team to achieve sales objectives and KPIs. Develop Sales Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business goals and revenue targets. Drive Sales Performance: Ensure the team meets or exceeds targets through effective pipeline, opportunity, and deal management. Foster Key Relationships: Build strong connections with customers, partners, and influencers to drive growth. Identify New Opportunities: Discover and strategize market penetration and customer base expansion. Provide Sales Insights: Deliver accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis to senior management. Collaborate Cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success for aligned efforts. Coach & Develop Team: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to enhance sales skills and performance.
