Settlement Ops Analyst II

The Settlement Operations Analyst II will be responsible for ensuring that technical and platform needs are met with in the aggregated content. This person will work closely with various Business stakeholders to understand constraints, requirements, and prioritization, and will partner with IT on the grooming and the implementation of those requirements. Ability to effectively organize workload to move multiple projects forward at the same time while keeping communication open cross functionally will be critical for success. This position will report to the Manager of Settlement Operations. Responsibilities include performing balancing of applications, funding reconciliations, UAT participation, quality control reviews, monitoring and validation within the platforms, managing reconciliation issues, reporting statistical information, evaluating operating procedures, maintaining documentation, and data integrity management. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, 5+ years’ experience as a data analyst, strong competency in Excel, Access, Visio and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
