Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a feature-focused engineering team (frontend, backend, and mobile engineers).
  • Partner closely with Product and Design to define and deliver the roadmap for a core product vertical.
  • Provide technical guidance, architectural direction, and hands-on support when needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of engineering management leading cross-functional teams.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with a strong foundation in full-stack development.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional product teams shipping user-facing features at scale.
