VP of Engineering (d/f/m)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team, setting the technical and product strategy, roadmap, and vision.
• Oversee day-to-day engineering operations to ensure smooth execution, high-quality deliverables, and efficient resource utilization across all development teams.
• Champion engineering best practices, focusing on the product development lifecycle, continuous delivery, and operational excellence.

What you will need to succeed:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar product leadership role, successfully leading software development teams in scale-up.
• Background in software development with at least 10+ years of experience in engineering, and 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven ability to scale teams and experience leading engineering efforts in high-growth organizations.
