About You:
- 5+ years of software development experience building data-intensive production systems
- A proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams
- Deep knowledge in C#/.NET, Java/JVM, JavaScript/Node, Go, distributed architectures, databases, messaging and queueing systems
Responsibilities:
- You will communicate proactively about priorities, risks, and constraints.
- You will encourage healthy debate and move toward "disagree and commit" when needed.
- You will run meaningful 1:1s, create growth plans, and own hiring and promotions.
