The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Marketing department. Your charter will be to empower Marketing teams to autonomously build and launch marketing programs. Leading a team of two, you will be responsible for managing the marketing technology stack, marketing analytics, and marketing program operations, while providing the necessary support, training, and documentation to the extended marketing team.
Responsibilities include overseeing the marketing technology stack (Hubspot, Hockeystack, CommonRoom, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and more), establishing standardized processes for handling requests from Marketing teams and prioritizing work, developing and monitoring marketing metrics, and ensuring data quality and accuracy across all marketing systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of marketing platforms and CRM systems, expertise in analytics and reporting tools, familiarity with data management practices, strong analytical skills, project management and organizational skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
