Staff Product Manager (AI & Data)

Job Summary:

• You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bugcrowd's data and intelligence backbone, turning raw test results into validated, prioritized intelligence.
• You will sit at the intersection of data engineering, security operations, and applied AI/ML, owning the full lifecycle from raw test result to remediation guidance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI & Data pillar, including validation, aggregation, prioritization, and recommendations.
• Design and scale an automated triage and deduplication capability across all test types before they enter the data platform.
• Build data models and pipelines to aggregate and correlate validated findings into a single unified view of customer risk.

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally spanning security/vulnerability and ML/data platform domains.
• You are a data-minded systems thinker comfortable with data models, pipelines, and deduplication/correlation logic.
• You possess security domain fluency and understand different test types and how to triage and prioritize them correctly.
