Team Leadership Management:
- Build and develop the Dev Deployment team, setting priorities and reviewing build quality.
- Own resourcing and workload planning across template/campaign builds, journey development, and infrastructure work aligned to OKRs.
Capabilities Infrastructure:
- Build scalable, reusable infrastructure with Marketing Technology, Product, Data, and Engineering.
- Document processes, maintain performance dashboards, and ensure workflows and data integrations meet HIPAA requirements.
Campaign Operations Platform Ownership:
- Own campaign operations end-to-end covering deliverability, resourcing, timelines, QA, and stakeholder communication.
- Serve as the internal platform expert on Iterable and supporting tools, troubleshooting operational issues.
