Business Operations Manager

About the role:

• Pathpoint's Business Operations team runs production systems for quoting, binding, and servicing E&S insurance for 25,000+ agencies.
• This role makes customer communications best in class across email, campaigns, and telephony, including AI systems.
• You'll take end-to-end ownership of the communications and AI tooling domain.

What you'll own:

• The communications platform stack: Customer.io, Front, Dialpad, and production AI systems.
• Quality and rollout for customer-facing communications, including evaluation and guardrails.
• Automations that keep agents and insureds informed without manual outreach.

What you'll work across:

• Salesforce as a capable administrator, including objects, flows, and reports.
• SQL against a production warehouse for analysis and campaign targeting.
• The n8n automation layer and APIs, webhooks, and data syncs.

What we look for:

• 3-6 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar systems-heavy role.
• Hands-on experience building with AI in production, including LLM workflows.
• Deep platform skill in at least one communications system and working SQL and Salesforce skills.
