What You'll Do:
- Source high-potential early-stage startups across North America through outbound sourcing and community engagement.
- Manage and evaluate inbound deal flow from initial screen to final investment recommendation.
- Build strong relationships with founders, operators, and investors in the startup ecosystem.
About You:
- 1-3 years of experience in tech startups or as a former founder.
- Strong communicator and storyteller with ability to write tight memos.
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and biased toward action.
