Sr. Professional Services Project Manager

Project Management:

• Lead project delivery, from scoping and planning to execution and review.
• Define project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
• Apply standardized project management methodologies and maintain project documentation.

Collaboration:

• Work with cross-functional teams including technical, business and partner stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing large-scale deployments involving multiple teams and geographies.

Mentorship:

• Mentor and guide project managers and coordinators to enhance team performance.
• Track project performance metrics, including hours, expenses, and deliverable quality.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize exposure and ensure successful outcomes.
