Job Description
Seeking a dedicated professional for the position of Customer Success Representative, the successful candidate will provide timely and efficient application and basic technical support to existing customers via phone, web, or email. This individual will work with internal departments to ensure customer needs are being met in a timely manner and must have passion and focus on customer success.
The core responsibilities include delivering an A+ customer experience, providing training to customers on installed products, and case management that may require work outside normal business hours including participation in our afterhours support on call program.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of consistently exceeding goals, knowledge of POS Applications such as Micros/GEMpos, a strong background in Microsoft windows operating systems, experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com, and excellent communication skills.
