The Account Manager will own client relationships and drive growth outcomes across a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts. The role reports directly to the Head of Client Success and has the opportunity to evolve into a team lead position as the team scales. Responsibilities include owning client relationships, executive communication, retention & expansion, project and delivery oversight, growth strategy partnership, escalation management, narrative building, enablement, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SEO, content marketing, CRO, or organic growth with strong agency experience, proven ability to translate delivery into business outcomes for executives, and is skilled in renewals and expansions.
