Job Description
As a Strategic Planning Specialist, you will complete portions of strategic plan development management process for departments and programs, and develop business plans with guidance. It is crucial to perform statistical analysis to unlock trends and key insights critical for the success of St. Jude and summarize findings, reporting in applicable reports and track performance. In addition, identify process improvement opportunities, better tools and templates to support planning and executing initiatives. Form productive relationships with program areas within St. Jude. Also, serve as a project manager for small standard projects and facilitate discussions at internal SPDS meetings. Maintain strategic planning tools to support strategic plan management and create documentation in adherence to applicable federal, state and local safety, health regulations and standards.
