Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Client Executive and Relationship Manager to expand products and maintain client relationships, ensuring a superior client experience through collaboration with Support and Optimization teams.
  • Understand Experian Health product capabilities deeply to provide lifecycle guidance, facilitate implementation updates, and help clients navigate tickets and enhancement requests with minimal delay.

Qualifications:

  • Requires 5+ years in healthcare IT and revenue cycle, 3+ years in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Account Management with claim systems and ERA, and 2+ years of hands-on expertise with Claimsource, Denial Manager, and Epic.
  • Must have Salesforce CRM expertise, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and ability to travel to client sites 20-25% of the time.
