Engineering Manager, Backend Services

Be accountable for all aspects of the team’s performance including velocity of feature delivery, quality, operational excellence, hiring, retention, professional growth, and well-being. Build robust, well tested services and capabilities. Design, build and launch new features and improve the overall quality of our internal and external services. Collaborate across disciplines to understand our users and iterate on new ideas. Support our services and systems in production. Contribute to engineering standards, system design reviews, and best practices around scale, operational excellence, testing and cloud-native systems.
