As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for consumers, addressing their inquiries about products and warranties. The role involves providing top-notch customer support and undergoing comprehensive virtual training on Master Lock products to ensure you are well-prepared to assist customers effectively. Before you start, you'll work with an experienced colleague to get ready for success in your new job. Your responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences that generate positive feedback for Master Lock. You'll manage incoming calls, identify and resolve product and technical issues, and provide clear explanations of solutions. You will also use technology to help consumers identify products, explain solutions, and provide technical support. The position requires maintaining a professional attitude, meeting daily performance goals, and accurately recording customer and product information.
