Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead one or more client policy initiative(s) with a team, engaging in activities such as policy analysis and recommendations, facilitating client meetings, action item and decision management, deliverable development, and project progress tracking and reporting.
  • Drive your development through an annual process that supports your growth goal in partnership with your supervisor and BerryDunn’s learning and development team.
  • Participate in new business development through activities such as research, supporting proposal content, or developing marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Seven years of relevant experience, including three or more years working for a state Medicaid agency supporting policy initiatives or as a consultant directly to a state Medicaid agency.
  • Experience with the HCBS Quality measures set and/or Medicaid quality management and measurement.
  • Direct experience working with Medicaid authorities such as state plan services, HCBS waivers, Medicaid program implementation, as well as federal compliance and reporting.

Compensation:

  • The base salary range targeted for this role is $110,000 - $125,000.
  • This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on factors such as company and personal performance.
  • Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
