Key Responsibilities:
- Use your Medicaid policy expertise to advance client policy initiatives by advising clients, conducting research and policy analysis, and producing written policy content.
- Drive your development through an annual process that supports your growth goals in partnership with your supervisor and mentor junior team members.
- Participate in new business development through research, proposal support, or marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Seven or more years working for a state Medicaid agency or consulting to state Medicaid agencies on policy initiatives.
- Direct experience with Medicaid authorities such as waivers and the state plan.
- Experience analyzing regulations and sub-regulatory guidance to inform program direction.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range targeted for this role is $100,000–130,000.
