Job Description
In this role you will work closely with front-end developers, lead engineers, and contribute to the end-to-end delivery of next-generation backend systems to support business growth and new products. Responsibilities include leading the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of backend services with high SLAs, capable of handling millions of requests daily. Drive scalability and maintainability through microservices, decoupled architectures, queuing, and containerized deployments. The role involves owning and evolving CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, debugging, and optimizing backend systems, designing and maintaining database schemas, refactoring systems for long-term performance, and leading peer reviews and mentoring.
