Seeking an Agency Account Executive to join our growing team and be part of the Top Non-QM Lender in the Business. Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in Wholesale Lending experience and active broker connections is required. Responsibilities include cold calling potential clients (30–50 calls per day), tracking contacts in the company’s CRM, building relationships with current and new mortgage brokers and maintaining sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports. The role involves training brokers on HomeXpress Mortgage Corp’s products and policies & procedures, staying updated on underwriting guideline and program changes, pre-underwriting/pre-qualifying loan files and providing on-going service and support to brokers. Must thrive in a production-driven environment, be customer service focused and computer savvy.
