Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

As the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will shape, drive, and execute all Accounting and Finance Operations at Blockworks. You will help shape the overall direction for our financial planning and analysis function, including strategy design, process definition and improvement, and overall finance team leadership. You will drive accounting policy and strategy, overseeing tax, audit, and insurance management, along with Cayman Island operations. The role also involves managing payroll, and team leadership to foster collaboration and development. Comfortability with being uncomfortable is a must here.
