Hypercare Implementation Manager

The Hypercare Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring a seamless, high-quality transition from implementation to ongoing administration for new client installations on the bswift platform. This role manages cross-functional coordination, knowledge transfer, risk mitigation, and post–go-live operational support. The primary goal is to ensure operational excellence, complete and accurate handoff to ongoing teams, and exceptional client support during the final phase of the implementation lifecycle. Serves as the owner of the transition process from implementation to ongoing administration, including go-live execution, events-in-transition, and post–go-live hypercare activities. Manages timelines, cross-team dependencies, and internal workflows across implementation teams, ongoing client services, the service center, and centers of excellence.
