What you'll own:
- Own cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP, including Kubernetes, databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Scale single-tenant deployments and build observability, incident response, and compliance practices.
- Manage infrastructure cost and improve developer experience.
What success will look like:
- Private cloud deployment becomes a turnkey operation, opening up enterprise deals.
- Observability signal-to-noise ratio improves 10-fold with proactive monitoring.
- Disaster recovery is practiced with regular drills and post-mortems.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure/SRE/platform engineering experience.
- Solid Terraform and Kubernetes expertise with production operations.
- SRE mindset with experience in observability, incident response, and security compliance.
