Compensation Compliance Director

About the Role:

• Lead the rollout and ongoing administration of Xsolla’s Complementary Compensation Plan.
• Ensure compensation programs adhere to all regulatory requirements and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CEP, JD) preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in compensation, compliance, or legal roles, with deep knowledge of SEC regulations and equity/crypto plans.
