Essential Duties:
- Stand up and operate the Process Mining Center of Excellence with charter, named roles, decision rights, and prioritization board.
- Own and scale object-centric Process Mining on Celonis as the primary diagnostic engine, design authority for object-centric data model, and maintain automated data pipelines from Oracle Fusion.
- Build and maintain a library of PQL-based KPIs and variant analyses; translate findings into investment-ready opportunities with realization measurement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in business transformation, process excellence, or consulting; 5+ years in people leadership role.
- Hands-on Celonis or equivalent platform experience; proficiency in SQL/PQL; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt minimum, Black Belt preferred; BPMN 2.0 certification.
