Analyze current and future-state processes through workshops, interviews, observations, and workflow mapping.
Coordinate with customers and technical teams to define and improve business information processing systems.
Use data, KPIs, gap analyses, and impact assessments to support measurable process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

US Citizenship and bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience required.
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting complex IT initiatives.
Proven ability to lead requirements elicitation and documentation, including workflow redesign and executive-ready presentations.

Desired Qualifications:

Relevant certifications like CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or CSM preferred.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure technology stack.
Ability to obtain a security clearance required.
