About the Role:
- Manage a group of assigned work requests and business process consulting projects.
- Deliver webinars and workshops on ITIL, Project Portfolio Management, and Conversational AI.
- Act as a solutions architect and assist clients with best practices for TeamDynamix adoption.
About You:
- Four-year college degree with ten or more years of experience leading project teams or processes.
- Five or more years of experience leading service management teams or processes.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to advise and build client relationships.
