VP, AI Services

Role Overview:

• As VP of AI Services, you will own the vision, strategy, and P&L for the AI Services practice, establishing it as a differentiated revenue-generating offering.
• You will serve as the executive-level AI advisor to key clients, engaging C-suite to assess maturity and co-create AI-driven ITSM roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow AI solutions including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence.
• Build internal IP such as playbooks and accelerators to reduce time-to-value for clients.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of AI architects and ITSM consultants.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT services experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within an MSP or IT consulting firm.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow and deep knowledge of ITIL v4 frameworks.
• Proven P&L management experience and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
