Role Expectations:

- Own hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management to ensure high-quality delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
- 5+ years in Professional Services or Consulting delivery.
- 3+ years in leadership managing distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-powered analytics and automation.
- Advanced degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Direct familiarity with Zscaler technology or cloud security frameworks.
