The Role:

  • You will support founders and executive leadership, becoming a seamless extension of the team.
  • You will be expected to create structure in ambiguity and ensure leadership stays focused and organized.
  • This role requires anticipating needs and taking full ownership of executive support systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive email, draft responses, and attend key meetings to track action items.
  • Proactively audit and restructure calendars to align time with top priorities.
  • Build personal systems to keep executives on track and filter requests to protect their focus.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, navigating internal dynamics with discretion and sound judgment.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting founders or C-suite, preferably in a startup.
  • A project management mindset with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive situations with maturity.
  • Self-starter attitude with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
