Job Description
This role will perform a variety of administrative support duties for payroll related work. Should have an affinity for numbers and a passion for promoting business operations. Should be able to identify and correct payroll related errors before these affect the payroll run. The role demands confidentiality, integrity, and a commitment to customer and employee service.
Responsibilities include computing and processing multiple pay cycle payrolls accurately, completing payroll & Social insurance, and responding to payroll-related inquiries from relevant government and/or regulatory agencies. You will also maintain payroll related files and records included social insurance and severance pay and assist with all activities necessary to processing payroll.
