Job Description
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and implement global service operations strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to harmonize service processes and systems.
- Ensure alignment between global and regional Service business priorities.
Process Optimisation:
- Optimise and streamline service contract management and renewal cycles.
- Establish, maintain and report KPIs for service performance and operational efficiency.
- Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Facilitate and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Lead Monthly/Quarterly Global Service Business Reviews.
- Lead escalation to facilitate resolution of service business related issues.
