Qualifications and Travel Requirements:

  • Experience and Skills: Requires 5+ years in instructional design with SaaS customer-facing training, proficiency in eLearning tools, and strong facilitation abilities for virtual and classroom sessions, with preferred language skills in Spanish or French.
  • Travel and Organization: Must be willing to travel up to 40% for onsite delivery and workshops, demonstrating excellent time management to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
