Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments across clinics based on provider availability, patient needs, and location.
- Manage referrals end-to-end, ensuring accurate patient, insurance, and documentation details.
- Communicate proactively with patients and teams about scheduling updates, cancellations, and missing information.
Qualifications:
- At minimum, a High School or GED diploma, with submission of diploma required.
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling, patient access, or customer service preferred.
- Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.
Compensation and Scheduling:
- Full Time: Mon-Fri with a schedule varying between 7am-7pm ET, supporting the Tampa, FL market.
- Pay range is $20/hr plus a monthly incentive, considering factors like background, experience, and work location.
