Claims Representative

What You'll Do:

• Make fair, accurate, timely, and quality claims decisions on life insurance claims up to allowable signature limit.
• Examine claim information including beneficiary data, policy values, and death certificates; analyze information during the claim review process.
• Communicate verbally and construct letters and emails to beneficiaries, field members, and third parties regarding claim status and decisions.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; previous life insurance experience desirable.
• Technically savvy with ability to toggle between multiple applications; strong analytical and organizational skills.
• High degree of self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise tact.
