Essential Functions:
- Leads and monitors the workload in the coding and closeout process, including reviewing all claims with newly established reserves and various data elements for accuracy and to align exposure to coverage.
- Assigns reinsurance claims to team members to manage reporting and billing to our brokers.
- Reviews and validates all reinsurance work completed by team members; collaborates to resolve errors and facilitates final reporting, updates, and submissions to the reinsurance broker.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in insurance, finance, accounting, business administration, or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Five years of experience with claims, accounting, or data reporting or related experience.
- Insurance industry experience or certifications (e.g. INS, AIC, CPCU) preferred.
