Subrogation Analyst

The Role:

• Investigate and determine whether medical insurance claims are recoverable from liable third parties.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with members, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Utilize computer systems to document information accurately and manage daily workflow.

Experience Needed:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent skills.
• Litigation, Paralegal, or Subrogation experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with proficiency in multitasking.

Success in the Role:

• After 3 months: Strong understanding of role, building relationships, developing time management, and gaining confidence.
• After 1 year: Mastery of responsibilities, strong internal network, entrusted with greater responsibility, and seeing career progression.
