Reserving and Negotiation:

Determines reserve requirements and adjusts reserves throughout claim processing.
Negotiates settlements within authority limits for cost-effective resolution.
Coordinates litigation and attends trials as company representative.

Team Support and Development:

Acts as senior technical professional assisting team members with escalated issues.
Mentors and trains new team members on claims handling best practices.
Participates in quality reviews, suit committees, and roundtables.
