Job Description
Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems and related components to ensure their smooth operation. Perform system upgrades, patches, and support package implementations to keep the systems up-to-date and secure. Actively troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain system stability. Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures to safeguard data and ensure business continuity. Provide technical support and guidance to users and manage user accounts, roles, and authorisations.
