Director of Applied AI

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive NDR’s Applied AI strategy across domains including client support, sales enablement, employee productivity, and operational intelligence.
• Lead and grow a high-impact team of Applied AI Engineers, partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
• Deliver AI solutions in areas such as digital/voice agents, RAG-based knowledge assistants, document classification, and GenAI-driven analytics.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in data science, applied AI, or ML engineering roles, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Strong Python skills, proficiency in SQL, and deep understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated success leading deployment of production-grade digital AI agents for customer-facing platforms.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $194,000.00 to $223,000.00 per year, determined by role, level, and location.
