Configuration Management Analyst

Role Overview:

• Responsible for protecting integrity, accuracy, and traceability of product data throughout the hardware lifecycle.
• Remote position with approximately 25% travel, supporting advanced space hardware programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Arena PLM item masters, BOMs, revisions, lifecycles, and engineering change objects such as ECOs, ECRs, and deviations.
• Manage document and engineering change processes, and maintain traceability across as-designed, as-built, and as-flown baselines.
• Train and support stakeholders on Arena workflows and configuration management processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in configuration management, PLM administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of configuration management principles and standards such as AS9100.
• Hands-on experience with Arena PLM and familiarity with aerospace or hardware environments preferred.
