Manage and resolve complex athenaNet issues, including documentation, escalation, and testing.
Lead project planning sessions and oversee medium to large projects from initiation to completion.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of athenaOne software and configure platform settings across markets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with 2+ years of clinical or managed care experience.
2+ years of EHR configuration and customization, athenaNet strongly preferred, and understanding of clinical terminology.
Experience in ambulatory healthcare operations, including referrals, scheduling, and billing, plus familiarity with Google Suite and CRM systems.

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary range of $72,000 to $85,000, plus annual bonus targeted at 15%.
