Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, control, record, audit, and report the status of configuration items.
- Maintain records for hardware, software, system configurations, documentation, and deliverables.
- Support change-control processes and maintain associated documentation and traceability.
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA background investigation and system access.
- Experience with configuration/change management and technical documentation in IT or software development.
- Experience with ITSM practices and centralized CMDBs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- VA/Federal technical documentation experience.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience with automated configuration or compliance tracking tools.
