Responsibilities:
- Help refine our existing processes around Quality Engineering.
- Advocate for automated testing and convert manual tests to automated tests using AI tools.
- Be responsible for career development of QA engineers and run one-on-ones.
Qualifications:
- Experience with AI tools (Cursor, Playwright AI, Robot framework) in testing.
- Passion for testing methodologies and experience with different types of testing.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to execute on projects.
