What You’ll Do:
- Rethink QA methodologies and skillsets for an AI-generated code world.
- Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing team of Quality Engineers.
- Represent quality to executive leadership and regulators with meaningful metrics.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of software quality engineering experience, with 4+ years in leadership.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated tests and driving measurable impact.
- Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA preferred).
